Refund policy
We offer some of the finest quality tungsten beads on the market and proudly stand by them. If for any reason you are not happy with our beads you can return them no questions asked.
We do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it after 30 days please reach out and we will do whatever we can to make things right.
Hooks must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Tungsten beads there is more wiggle room, for example if you try our beads and use one or two of them tying flies and they do not fit your hooks or you are unsatisfied for another reason we will still accept your return.
Regardless of the circumstances it will always be our goal to make things right and ensure that you receive an awesome product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
